Arthur Rugama has been practicing law for over 25 years in the areas of Family Law, Tax Law, Business Law, Estate Planning and Immigration.
Mr. Rugama was born in Newark New Jersey and raised in Nicaragua. He is fluent in Spanish and has working knowledge of French and Italian.
He received his Undergraduate Degree in Economics from the University of California Berkeley and his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
He is licensed to practice in a courts in the State of California. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. In addition, he is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.
Attorney Rugama practice of law is guided by the principles of humility, honesty and integrity in his dealing. This includes his clients, the Courts and other members of the bar. Mr. Rugama took an oath to uphold the law and to pursue justice for all his clients within the bounds of the canon of ethics.
